  • 4 Feb 2014
Jeeves and Wooster iIn Perfect Nonsense, the acclaimed play that is currently showcasing at the Duke of York's Theatre in the West End is to see Robert Webb and Mark Heap assume the roles currently filled by Stephen Mangan and Matthew Macfadyen of Jeeves And Wooster respectively from 7th April.

The hilarious comedy which is based on P G Wodehouse’s popular novels sees what should have been a delightful trip to the countryside take a serious turn for the worse as the charmingly incompetent Wooster is called upon to play matchmaker with the stakes stacked very high indeed as if he and his ever-dependable and resourceful butler Jeeves fail to bring his host’s drippy daughter and his newt-fancying acquaintance together Bertie will be forced to abandon his cherished bachelor status and marry the girl himself!

Sean Foley’s production opened at the Duke of York’s Theatre in London in November 2013 to extremely positive reviews from the critics and is currently booking until September 20th 2014.
